Phase III |
|
|
|
Phase III of Black Bear Cove includes construction of additional lodging as well
as additional resort facilities.
|
|
|
|
20 log cabin rentals will be constructed during this phase. 16 units will be located
in and around a wooded area on the eastern side of Black Bear Cove, with the remaining
4 units being located on the western side adjacent to the campground. The Log Cabins will
be of 1,2 or 3 bedroom floor plans. Construction will be of log and timber materials
consistent with the theme throughout Black Bear Cove and will be available for rent
year round.

All log cabins will be constructed with full kitchens, laundry facilities, and private
decks/porches. Each unit will be finely decorated throughout with hardwood and ceramic
tile floors, granite counter tops, cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace in the great
room. The master bath will contain a Jacuzzi style tub for those relaxing and romantic
moments. Each log cabin will be exquisitely furnished and decorated throughout to create
a cozy, comfortable, and relaxed environment. |

Additionally, during this phase of development, a small chapel will be constructed
with an adjacent conference/executive center, which will provide small group/executive
meeting space.

|
A spa/exercise facility with a pool will also be constructed which will be open
to the entire resort. Guests may exercise, swim, sit in the hot tub or play a game.
The upper level will house 2 multi-room spa suites, which will be somewhat larger
than the suites in the lodge, and will accommodate families.

|
An open-air pavilion will be constructed in a more central location in the valley
for use by small groups or for special programs. Black Bear Cove,
through the chapel,
pavilion, lodge, cabins and campground, will be able to host small group functions,
corporate groups, weddings, large family activities and a host of other activities/functions.
Services will not only include lodging and meeting space, but providing food service
, and outdoor activities in the beautiful natural surroundings in the immediate
area.
